Project Empower is an award winning workshop that educates young rural women and non-binary people about leadership, gender equality, goal setting, intersectionality and more. Phase 1 saw our team drive over 32,000kms to deliver a road trip series of workshops in over 82 bush communities to over 3500 students!

After the heartwarming success of Phase 1, we have been working tirelessly to ensure young rural women and non-binary students can experience this workshop well into the future. As part of Phase 2, we have transformed and developed our content into a complete full-day workshop and are working towards a model where schools can engage our team by booking workshops on an ongoing basis. This will enable us to continue travelling directly into rural communities to deliver this fantastic workshop.

Our team has recommenced workshops in 2022, working with schools, communities, and local health authorities to deliver COVID-safe workshops. We are excited to hear from more schools who may be interested in a workshop in 2022 and beyond.

Thank you for being so inspiring, I loved this so much and I definitely think it's amazing what you are doing. Never doubt that this doesn't help people because it genuinely does!

I really liked the workshop! I was really engaged and thought it was great. I really like how they helped out with some of the school problems we actually have. It made it more relatable.
