MELODY SONG - STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

Melody is a communications specialist with more than 15 years’ experience working in Australia and Malaysia.

A former journalist and activist, she has professional communications experience in a range of industries including community health, higher education, public utilities, and advocacy.

She has a keen interest in gender equity, representation in the media, and enhancing educational and economic participation for culturally and linguistically diverse women.

She also has a soft spot for country life, having lived and worked regionally in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and in the Northern Territory.

Melody has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Science from ANU.
