Winning Country to Canberra’s 2017 Leadership Competition changed Lara’s life. She has now volunteered with C2C for almost six years, and is currently the Leadership Competition Director. Lara is proud to be a part of an organisation which empowers scores of young people from regional and remote Australia to reach their leadership potential each year.

 

Lara grew up in Yolngu country in North East Arnhem Land, NT with her family. After studying in Canberra, on Ngunnawal/Ngambri land, she now lives and works on Arrernte land as a radio presenter in Mparntwe/Alice Springs.
