Rebecca Bamford - project empower officer

Rebecca joined C2C in 2020. She was drawn to the opportunity, due to her upbringing in country NSW and her desire to encourage young rural women to realise their potential.

By day, Rebecca enjoys working as an urban planner, tackling various land use issues in our national capital. Previously, she spent over five years in leadership development, including as an event manager with the Commonwealth Government and coordinating leadership programs for rural Australians at a not-for-profit organisation.

Rebecca has extensive volunteer and leadership experience and holds a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wollongong and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New England.
