Why did you enter Country to Canberra's Leadership Competition?
I entered Country to Canberra’s Leadership Competition as it had the ability to provide me with an excellent opportunity to meet influential females in Australia’s society, whilst connection with brilliant females who are in the same age range as myself.
What do you hope to get out of C2C on Screen?
I hope to hear about, and from, powerful Women who influence change in all aspects of Australian Society. I also hope to discover how to become an inspiring member of my (and others) communities while making new friendships.
Who is your role model and why?
Like most girls around the world, I aspire to be like my mother. I hope that I can learn to share her values and ethics, becoming a powerful member of society. Another significant role model in my life is former First Lady, Michelle Obama. Michelle has advocated for change in the lives of so many people, proving her an excellent role model.
What’s your favourite thing about living in rural Australia?
Rural Australia provides communities with extensive support and love, especially in times of need. Our small communities ensure that each person has others to rely on and seem to surround each person with a sense of belonging, no matter who they are.
What’s your main goal or ambition (right now, or in the future)?
I strive to work as hard as I can throughout the rest of my time at High School so that I can achieve a high ATAR. After this, I hope that I am provided with various opportunities to attend further schooling, whether this be within Australia or overseas. I am to live in New York City as a Lawyer and explore my opportunities this fabulous city provides me with.
Tell us a couple of things you do to relax or have fun?
For me, the best way to relax is to grab a good book, put some music on and simply read. 🙂
