My name is Lyla Schmidt and I am a student currently in Moura QLD. My life is hectic with school, work, and looking after my three little siblings. I have a strong belief that all people, regardless of gender or sexual preference, should have equal rights and opportunities to excel in life. Coming from a small town it is hard to challenge a traditional mindset. I’m an aspiring photo-journalist with intentions of having an exciting career and empowering people from all walks of life.
