Paris Capell - Website Officer

Paris grew up in Orange NSW on Wiradjuri Country. After high school, she moved to Canberra and recently graduated from ANU with a Masters in Agricultural Innovation. Growing up in droughts and floods, she saw the disproportionate impacts of climate change on rural women and now works to help regional Australia mitigate and adapt to climate change. She is passionate about equal opportunities for young people in regional, rural and remote areas and believes the next generation of leaders will come from our regions.

Working on the website, Paris is excited to help reach young rural women and help to empower them to reach their potential. Paris is passionate about rural women’s voices being heard on national issues. She is excited to join Country to Canberra in their mission to help rural women reach their leadership potential.
