French-born, Pauline moved to Australia at the age of 12 and spent her teenage years growing up on the NSW South Coast in Batemans Bay, on Yuin Country.

After entering Country to Canberra’s 2016 Leadership Competition and thinking about her future, Pauline became more aware of the difficulties faced by young people in regional Australia, and the existing barriers to leadership opportunities.

Pauline moved to Canberra to study a Bachelor of Commerce at ANU. She has worked in Government and now works in the private sector, in a communication, brand and digital agency. Passionate about gender equality, intersectional feminism and empowering young women and non-binary people, Pauline joined Country to Canberra in 2018, starting off as a Programs Volunteer and acting most recently as Power Trip Director.

Pauline is proud to be CEO, to be involved in raising awareness of the social and economic impacts of gender inequality, and help provide more opportunities to young women and non-binary people from rural and regional Australia.

During her spare time, Pauline is either catching up with friends over a coffee or a delicious meal, or playing sports, and meeting a whole lot of different people!
