Taylor Kelsey-Shueard - Mentorship officer

Taylor Kelsey-Shueard

Taylor is committed to providing equity for individuals and communities, particularly in the domains of gender and race. Her passionate involvement with Country to Canberra started in 2017 as a winner of the Leadership Competition, and she has since become part of the Mentorship team. Having grown up near the South Australia/Victoria border, Taylor recognises the need to identify and action opportunities for the continued growth and supportive development of our young people in regional, rural, and remote areas.

Following her hopes of working internationally to counter human trafficking, Taylor relocated to Melbourne to study a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in French & International Relations and Politics at the University of Melbourne. She is continuing her studies through another Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Gender Studies & Criminology.
