WHAT'S NEW

"Introducing our new CEO Pauline Siteaud!" a photograph shows Pauline smiling and wearing a white shirt, she has long dark curly hair

We are extremely thrilled to announce that the next step in our CEO Pipeline is taking place! Han has vacated the CEO role, and handed it over to our current Power Trip Director, Pauline Siteaud.

Pauline has been a vital part of the C2C team since 2018, acting as Power Trip Director through Covid-19, where she spearheaded our pivot to C2C On Screen. Pauline is passionate about intersectional feminism, and raising awareness of the social and economic impacts of gender inequality, and the entire C2C team is thrilled to see her take the helm of the organisation.

We thank Han for their services as CEO, where they were an extremely calm, steady and guiding force through such a unique time in history.

OUR PROGRAMS

A prestigious annual  competition that awards winners with a ‘Power Trip’ to Canberra where winners meet inspiring politicians/CEOs, receive leadership and public speaking training, tour Parliament, score a mentor, get their work published and more!

Project
Empower

Our award-winning workshops are held in rural and remote high schools to discuss self-esteem, respectful relationships, intersectionality and girls’ futures. In 2018 we drove 32,000km to reach
3,500 girls, and are actively looking to expand to phase two.

Mentoring Program

We connect young women with established mentors to assist with goal-setting, managing stress and their futures. Held on a safe online forum with monthly ‘worksheets’ to steer the conversation, mentees are actively supported to achieve their goals.

Blogger
Team

We facilitate and mentor a team of teenage bloggers living across Australia to give young rural women a forum to discuss key issues, build writing skills and kick start their advocacy experience. Girls can sign up anytime to join our inclusive online community!
