‘I strongly encourage young women and non-binary leaders or aspiring leaders, who are living in regional or rural Australia to apply. I have gained immense knowledge in the areas of networking, leadership and communication, all of which I have been able to invest into the work I am doing in my hometown of Devonport and across Australia.’
