Winning the Power Trip for 2018 was such a life changing trip. The trip itself had many parts I enjoyed, mostly the friendships and connections with high-profile women in different workplaces/industries. I didn’t realise how much of a problem most women face when applying for higher ranked jobs. They are discriminated for many different reasons, but thanks to Hannah and her team, I know how to deal with it.
Country to Canberra has brought so much positivity back to my life. The friendships I made with the other winners, leaders and volunteers of C2C and the networking with politicians and influential women will last for a life-time. Thanks to Hannah and her team for this amazing opportunity that will live in me forever.
